Fir not lodged only domestic violence case did

I had made domestic violence case in court but no fir lodge yet even husband is in no contact with me and my in laws thrown me out of the house.and my gold is with them . They are saying ur husband went to abroad but he didn't let me know about this and no maintenance is given even no shelter also .

hi dear client file miss appropriation of property for your Gold so that he can be book think you can do is in the case you can this order you can seek maintenance order and if you want your husband to be booked then you should file if an I FIR
