FIR lodged u/s 498A - Case Pending - Return of SHTEEE DHAN

Case u/s498A is pending in the court.My query is 1)While delivering the decision of 498A case, will the Honourable Judge direct the accused my husband to hand over the entire SHTREE DHAN jewellery etc and my belongings forcibly kept by them to me ?2)Can I make an application to the Honourable Judge fo an Interim Order directing the accused to hand over my entire SHTREE DHAN to me pending final decision.3) Can I make an appael to higher court if I am not satisfied with final decision .

Yes u can file an application for returning the stridhan which has been forcibly taken by ur husband/in laws .This is a case of criminal breach of trust 406 IPC and FIR can be registered also separately and u can file an application in the court. If the court refuses then file 482 petition in High court .Contact me for help.
