FIR Filled by my wife regarding divorce case

My wife has filled false FIR in women police station, police fwd case to women cell, they called me to present my opinion. My question is can they arrest me on the spot.

Well, they cannot arrest you legally, because to arrest you legally, they need to lodge a FIR first and ask you to co-operate in the Police Investigation by serving you notice! My Experience says, that, they have been calling you in Women Bharosa Cell for Mediation!

no sir. as per new guidelines it restricts immediate arrest. for more information google Supreme Court guidelines on 498a. these guidelines includes mandatory cooling-off period of two months. it is a new development in DV act. so the answer is no they cannot arrest you immediately.
