Fir against husband, his mother n sister

I want to file case against husband, his mother and sister for mental harassment. I m living in husband's house(rented) but from 2nd april husband started sleeping at his mothers house with my 12 yrs son. He is mumma's boy and he is in total control of his mother n sister. Through him his mother n sister are controlling marriage for 15 yrs. I m tired now. Please answer me, if i file this mental harassment case against all three of them, will there be a arrest by the police?

Yes, you can file a case against your husband and in-laws. After investigation concerned police file a chargesheet against your husband and in-laws. FIR lodge hone k baad police aapke husband ko or in laws ko police station bulayegi aapko bhi bulayegi or counselling karwayegi agar aapko compromise karna ho to, nhi to police aage ki karyawahi karegi. Aapko yah case Mahila police station se karna padega

nahi shuru me koi arrest nhi krega, par mental harrasment ka case kr skte ho...uske sath me hi section 12 (mahila protection act) ka case bhi file kr skte ho uske sath maintenance or residence me rhkne ki mang kr skte ho.
