Q: Fir against husband, his mother n sister
I want to file case against husband, his mother and sister for mental harassment. I m living in husband's house(rented) but from 2nd april husband started sleeping at his mothers house with my 12 yrs son. He is mumma's boy and he is in total control of his mother n sister. Through him his mother n sister are controlling marriage for 15 yrs. I m tired now. Please answer me, if i file this mental harassment case against all three of them, will there be a arrest by the police?
