Hello, I am from Delhi a housewife my husband is a defence personnel working in airforce. I have been married for 10 years, and my husband is beating and abusing me, I need the help of a lawyer, who can takey case and guide me, because I will not be able to pay the fee. Please help .
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better file for divorce against him. You can also file a complaint under DV or file a petition under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance or lump sum alimony. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
