Hi All... In how much time maintenance case and contested divorce case will practically decide finally If wife insult husband publicly can it is ground for divorce in this situation wife is eligible for permanent alimony at the time of divorce , interim and permanent maintenance what amount under permanent alimony at the time of divorce , interim and permanent maintenance court awarded to wife can interim maintenance and permanent maintenance amount subtract or deducted from permanent alimony

Usually the contested divorce and maintenance petition can stretch anytime from 1.5 years to 2.5 years. If the wife publicly insults the husband then that can be a ground for divorce. Usually the wife is not granted maintenance if she is living in adultery or willfully refuses to live with husband. otherwise it's granted in almost all cases nowadays. the amount depends upon your income and the income of the wife . yes all the amount already paid would be deducted..
