Filling divorce against abusive marriage

Hi I am mom of two daughters and married for 10 years . I habeen abused mentally and physically and been cheated by extramarital affairs by my husband . He has whimsical mood swings and verbal abuse me on daily bases . He is very dominating . I am stuck in this marriage because I am a house wife and nnot happy in this marriage . If I file divorce will I get coustody and expenses for my daughters .

You can file Domestic violence complaint under Protection of Women from domestic violence Act. You can claim maintenance to you and for your daughter through you against your husband. And also calim protection from domestic violence from your husband in that complaint. For more information you can directly contact me

You can always opt for Divorce if you are being treated with cruelty and not happy with your married life. Yes, if you file a divorce case, you will certainly get custody as well as maintenance for your daughters.
