filled Domestic violence Case now want to know FIR procedure


26-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
i filled Domestic Violence case in 2019. Now CAW cell filled FIR in Mar 2023 so want to know what is the further procedure of FIR

If the FIR has already been registered then the police officials will submit the chargesheet in the concerned court and then you will be called to testify your evidence and after the accused persons will be asked whether they plead guilty or not. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as a matter of facts which you have mentioned above in this matter now the investigation will start as well as other procedure of arrest will take place and you need to hire an advocate to put your case in court more stronly along with government advocate . you need yo file your evidences in court now

If Fir is registered through women cell u have to wait tiil the chargesheet is made . If you are really facing trouble from your husband then u have pressure police to arrest him plz free to call for further information

CAW cell will call your husband n you for counselling n reconciliation process. They will try to patch up things between you, if things didn’t work out, they will forward the matter to concerned police station to lodge FIR PLZ b in touch
