Filled Divorce 13,ia,ib,13(1A)ii, , Summon was Refused,Court Gives order to expart and Give direction to fill Evidence on next stage...my question is On next date only evidence will file or all evidence with closing and argument both Possible?
Its totally depend your lawyer and court, if your lawyer thinks your evidence is sufficient for prove the case than not necessary evidence of additional witness, in exparte case court can on same close case after arguments if necessary...

the court works with a procedure, first ex parte evidence has to be filed then ex parte arguments on the evidence will be heard and then ex parte order shall be passed but chances are that if party appears in between then they will be given a chance subject to your objection.
