filled 498A in two different states

My wife filed a FIR in 2019 which is till ongoing. She started living with us but as per agreement she suppose to take back the 498a case but the court trail is ongoing till date. She has not attended any date. The case is in Bangalore. nnLast year she did drama and left the house and she filled FIR with police under 506 on me and my family (mom and father) in Bangalore. Now she is in her home town in Uttar pradesh and with in a month of leaving Bangalore, she did a private complain under 498a, 323, 307, Dowry act 3/4. This complain is based on new allegation (self made). nnQuestionn1. Is it accepted by law to run two cases under 498a simultaneously? n2. Once the court take cognizance what options I have to save myself and get it quashed from session or high court. n3. Can session court quash the case?n4. Do I need to get AB?n5. What action I can take for such act of harassment?n6. Please assist us with Idea/practical approach to get out of this case.
