Filing police case or legal notice.

Recently I have found whats app chat between my wife and her friend stating they are in love. I have one son, passed June 23 she have left me and took my son without any information stating that she will return back in few days. Now I want to file police case or send legal notice to that guy who has ruined my life. Please help and guide

Well, a legal notice can be sent to that particular guy who ruined your life, asking him about your wife's whereabouts, whether she is willing with him with her own consent or willingness or whether he has kept her in illegall custody by torturing her!
