Filing Of Mutual Fund In Income Affidavit In Maintenance Cases

I have two questions regarding filing of income affidavit . 1. How to calculate income from mutual fund ? It is not fix .. only depends on when you take out ? So how to write it and which column to write . 2. Where should I show my voluntarily lic policy, nps and ppf ? Can it be considered as liability/expense ? 3. If I have taken a personal loan after maintenance case from my bank from which I draw my salary can I show in my affidavit as liability and what reason I can show for a small 2 lakh loan ?
