Filing for divorce if both husband and wife are in the same house

Can we file for divorce if both husband and wife are in the same house as the person filing divorce don't have a place to go for now?

if both are residing in the same house then you cannot file divorce petition and the ground of desertion but on the ground of cruelty you can file per mutual consent 1 years operation must be there and separate house should be mentioned
