Filing for divorce as my GF was forced to marry someone by her family

My GF was forced to marry someone by her family, now after 40 days of marriage she still can't forget me, i also have some feeling for her. No one is happy, neither me nor her neither her husband, so it would be better to file a divorce so that I can marry her.

They(your girlfriend and her husband) need to wait for one year before they can prefer a divorce case. This is the rule as per the Hindu Marriage act. There’s a provision to seek an exemption from this rule, but chances of succeeding are highly unlikely
