filing for divorce and pregnant with outside marriage partner who is a

been separate from husband from last 2 years and now pregnant with the new partner.hence want to seek divorce. the new partner also has the same situation and has 2 kids.His wife is not so open to give divorce to him.I have 1 kid from my current marriage.

you make file for a divorce petition before the family court under section 13B, this will also move with respect to the custody of the existing child. you make contact me for further discussion and I will be requiring more information to guide you better. Thanks
