Filing divorce, Child custody and streedhan

I am living separately from my husband from past 4 months. Can I file for divorce. Even I want my daughter's custody who is 4 years old and living with her father. My whole streedhan was taken by my husband when I left and I do not have any proof that that belongs to me. What should I do to get my daughter, her upbringing cost and my streedhan back. I do not have much finances to fight case
After one year of your marriage you can file divorce you have also right to file case of custody for your daughter and further it is Matter of trial that you can prove or not regarding the ownership of Ishridhan. If you does not have finances then you have option of legal aid, an application is to be filed before district legal service authorities and they will assign you a counsel free of cost.
