Filing a mutual consent divorce from a different city

Can i file for a mutual consent divorce from cities other than from where we hve been residing so that families couldn't be involved and what is quickest time to get a divorce in mutual consent manner?

place of marriage,place where spouses have been residing together.,place where marriage was held. these are the places where the mutual divorce can be filed . there is no requirement of involving parents as such in this. court calls the spouse once and then later to sign the decree ,rest you can be rest assure
