Filing a complaint in family court

I'm fighting divorce case with my wife since 6 years in family court. I'm holding a joint locker with her in HDFC Bank. My wife left the house 6 plus years back and took away the locker key alongwith other things. I had to resign my nob 5 years back due to poor health conditions I'm forced to pay INR 12,000 per year as locker maintenance charges. She is not signing off the application for the locker closure. Please advise me on the relevant action from my end.

1. you can file an application requesting the court to pass order or give direction to your wife to close the locker or let her pay 50 percent of the maintenance charges. 2. your advocate can submit before the court and resolve the issue.
