Filed maintenance case but nothing move forward due to no magistrate

I am having 9 month baby , while I was pregnant my husband drag me out of his house filed for maintenance last year may but as there is no magistrate in court nothing happened...what to do?

hi if there is no regular magistrate in the court for passing orders then you could file an petition in high court seeking early hearing and early disposal of the case as it is creating lot of inconvenience
