I have filed Divorce .I am working and I am having one child.My husband cleared
All payments in bank for car but didn't get NOC.
Without NOC from bank my husband sold car In which RC is in my name.
Till now new owner not transfer RC
you can give a police Complaint against your husband and new buyer . However, before you need check if you are already given any authorisation to selling a car on behalf of you

it is the owner's response to change the name in RC. now you have to send legal notice as well as you can file a police complaint, that the present owner is not ready to transfer the name. But before that get the NOC FROM the bank so that it will be helpful.
