File maintenance case after mutual consent divorce.

My husband and me getting divorced mutually. After mutual consent divorce if husband ignores to pay the mentioned amount for maintenance, can I file case against him.

as you both are getting divorced mutually at that time you have to show yourself that you are unable to maintain and live your livelihood after getting divorced you can't bear the earnings for yourself

after getting decree of divorce by mutual consent you are not entitled to get any kind of maintenance from your husband. after divorce you also not entitled to file any suit against your husband . but if divorce done but not mutually then you are entitled to get maintenance even after decree of divorce till your remarriage.
