My husband need divorce from me.we are in abroad.how we will file mutual divorce petition according to hindu marriage act from abroad through online?

Both parties must sign the papers abroad in the presence of the embassy, and then the documents can be filed in court. Counselling can be done online. After filing procedures Can be completed within 6 months maximum. Cannot file a mutual divorce online

You can file divorce petition through a power of attorney holder who can sign and execute petitions on behalf of you before the concerned court having jurisdiction over the place where in marriage occurred occurred You can get an order within two or three months subject to The pendency of cases in that court

It is legally possible to file from abroad, but the process becomes smoother if at least one spouse comes to India. The other can give a properly executed Power of Attorney. This helps with court appearance, documentation, verification and avoids delays. Hope marriage is conducted in the jurisdiction of respective family court. For more details you may contact me.
