Need help related divorce please.....I want to take divorce ..m 32 years old . I have one 4 yr daughter . I want her custody .

you need to file the divorce petition on the grounds available to you under the act which governs you depending on the religion to which you belong or the marriage solmenized under the act. for the custody petition also you need to file the custody petition if the custody is not with you right now, proving the fact that the future of the kid is more safe under your custody than your partner.
