To, Dharmishta Solanki, it is really difficult to prove intention in such cases. However, it's not impossible to get partially favouring order on such cases. If we aim at obtaining divorce based on desertion, we must prove continuous separation for two years and intention to leave on his part, beyond reasonable doubt. We cannot go wrong about this in litigation. Hence, I request you to take short review of evidence that you can submit to convince the Court for this sole ground cute granting of divorce!
