Dear Sir/Madam, It is not clear who has filed Divorce case if any. The party who has filed Divorce Petition or other case may withdraw the same and continue the marital relationship. On the ground of non consummation of marriage and refusal to have children is a ground to get divorce. Court is a neutral party.
