A divorce can be filled by mutual consent of both the parties and this is the easiest way, on the other hand if the other party does not agree, then you should file a divorce on the grounds of default of other party like cruelty, desertion etc. depending on facts and conditions of each case.

hello you can file a divorce against your husband depending upon your religion if you are a Hindu or sikh you can file divorce intersection 13 Hindu Marriage Act and if you are a lady you can file other suits also such as for your expenditure and if you are suffering from domestic violence will help you in all the processes regards
