File for divorce details,Need suggestions........!!!!

My husband and inlaws did not agreed for my job in different location after marriage hence I left my in-laws home 5yrs back . Last 5years they have abused me over call and chat and threatened me to come back . However I didn't go back and not staying with them . Now inlaws & husband want me to come back but I don't believe them any more, This year I lost my phone,don't have the call recording or text message of threat . I don't have any proof left . Is there any options to file for divorce...???
dear client as per your query since you want to file for divorce as divorce is of two types mutual and contested in mutual both parties agrees and in contested only one party agrees for divorce and it takes time ...
