File for divorce but it is taking lot of time

I have filed a divorce against my wife since is not ready to stay with my parents and also she donot want to have child but now after filling the divorce she is ready to do every thing and also she use to treathen me that she will commit suicide of I donot listen to her and she has also tried to commit suiside many times we are married for 5 years and we don't have children she was pregnant twice but she aborted without my knowledge and now she is not ready to give me divorce our case is under t

This kind of things happened when opposite party don't have any options. But you should stay strong in your case and you can get Divorce as per Section 10(1)(x) , provides cruelty as a ground for dissolution of marriage. Similarly, Section 10(1)(ix) provides desertion as a ground for dissolution of the marriage. The appellate Court can take into consideration the amendment which has come into force during the pendency of the appeal. For more details you can contact.
