File a divorce case because of family disputes

Hello sir Mera naam Roopa hai main 18 saal se married hu. Actually peechle 18 saalon se hi meri mere husband k saath nhi bni hamare beech ladai jhagde hote aa rhe hai. In fact police case bhi hua tha kai baar pr maine hamesha compromise kiya kyoki main apni married life khona nhi chahti thi. But ab bardaasht nhi hota aaj 18 saal mein bhi hamare beech violence hota hai. Aur violence kr k woh khud gaayab ho jata hai ye bo kr ki woh kuch kr lega aur mujh pr naam lga dega. Aaj bhi hamari ladai hui aaj bhi usne mujhe vypar se mara aur maar kr bhaag gya btao ab mujhe kya krna chahiye. Police case kru ya nhi

It’s better to file a divorce if your husband’s behaviour is intolerable towards you. Divorce is of two types. One is mutual one which gets over within maximum of six months and the other one is contested which may take years to finish.

hello mam as you are saying the from last 18 yrs your keeping your mouth shut and you are just sitting quitr its not a good thing to sit quite been husband he is not at all allowed what ever he wiah . been wife you are alao having right to have dignified life you must file case an dmake him teach a lesson.
