Fear of future false cases by my dautherinlaw

My dautherinlaw brought my elder son to rented house and left my house 8 months ago. I am living with my Wife and younger son and his family. My dauther in law always wants to fullfill her alll wishes and if my son refuses to fulfill she threatening my son that she will catch me my wife and my elder'son family in false cases. What should I do safe myself, my wife and my younger son from any future false cases?
