My wife left me 13 years before and not ready to stay with me or to give divorce and has filed legal cases against me. She has a passport by my name as husbandNow i have a illegitimate child with another women .Can i write my name as fathers name on passport.please advicenNikung Goupta

Actually your second marriage is illegal because technically you and your wife is not legally separate. During that if you enter in another marriage, it is punishable offence under law even you can be sent to jail for the same. For further assistance you have to provide me all the details. You hardly have any good ground for divorce and as your wife disagrees for divorce by mutual consent, you’re left with no option but to continue the marriage. The divorce on the ground of cruelty and what all acts of the wife that will amount to act of cruelty that suffices and satisfy the reason for dissolution of the marriage by decree of divorce all that need long case discussion which not possible here in the online social forum.
