Father asking overnight stay under visitation rights

My husband and I are living separately since 2020 and he is not supporting or paying kids education fee since then.I am taking care of the kids and their education all alone. Now he has filed for GNWC case and asking for visitation and attending mediation.He is asking for visitation 2 times in a month without my presence:n1.Saturday to Sunday evening-once a monthn2.Sunday morning to Sunday evening-once a monthnI am ok to allow him visitation in my presence once in a month only!does court allow?

yes absolutely settlement between you and your husband so don't worry about it if both parties than only court also agree otherwise not so go on based on the settlement before mediation then they may prepare one agreement
