Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to understand why you both want to get divorce. And yes we can file Divorce by mutual consent under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. I have an experience in dealing such matters. For better understanding of the matter and advising properly, it is advised to have a meeting virtually/ physically.

Dear client It is quite possible to get divorce you u feel that your relations with husband is not good and you are living apathetic life with him. Law provides the way by which you can file divorce petition separately and can fight for justice. further you can ask for maintenance /one time ailmony also from her husband along with return of stridhan also.
