You can file a complaint with the Police against him for harassment. Once he gets a earful from the Police then he shall mend his ways. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

You have the right to live with dignity and safety. If your husband is harassing, blackmailing, or mentally torturing you, you can file a complaint under Section 498A IPC and the Domestic Violence Act. Keep all relevant proof and consult a local family lawyer to file for protection, maintenance, or even residence rights. You can also approach the police or women’s helpline for immediate help. Don’t tolerate mental harassment—legal options are available for your protection and justice.
