Hi,

Your brother can file for bigamy against his wife and the Muslims boy. And on the basis of that file for divorce.

You may send the money, you owe, to the child's account or spend on him and keep a record of the same and also create an FD.

Thanks

see getting married second time without giving the divorce to the first wife or husband is illegal and firstly you have to see that. the child is old enough to take decision but doing it legally would be good. money if you feel like sending to the son it's your choice

Hey .... you can't transfer the money you owe to your sister in law as she is alive , if you transfers money in favour of her ( sister in law's) son then she can go to court to recover that money from you .... I suggest you to give that money to her not to her son ... for further inquiry you can contact me

simply if you can do try to connect with her mother and tell that this is the situation is that okay if I will transfer money to your son on behalf of you if she agrees do that no harsh and fast rule it is like that if she don't bother then you can move a head with ur wish and you can connect me
