FAMILY husband thrown out of house

My brother is mentally sick he got married in the year of 2012 but she came to steal the property and money and now I am taking care of him in my house he was thrown out. She is divorced with two daughters Now what should I do she with daughter staying in that house which my brother made.and he is out

To answer this question properly, the facts in detail are to be discussed.. there’s solution to get the property if immovable …also need to see the papers of divorce … getting custody of the daughter seems somewhat difficult, but that too can be worked out if interim custody is enough
