mein husband mera family court me 125 ka maintaince ka case chal raha hein muje aisa lgta hein vaha true and fair trial nh chal raha hein muje har 5 -6 din baad date mil jati hein muje up k hi aas pass district me case transfer karwana hein taki case meri wife k distric me na chale dusre kisi distric me chale muje kya karna chaiye ipc me aisa koi kanoon h kya jo case transfer krne me help kre hum husband wife dono ki city se alag koi aur city me

Yes, you can move a transfer application before the High Court when you want district change under section 407 Cr.P.C. for that purpose, you should engage a High Court council they can help you for filling that Application.
