Yes...you should immediately approach the court and file a review petition urging that you are not earning that much and are having other expenses to bear as well. Attend the court and file your income affidavit if you haven't filed it yet. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello sir It is pertinent to note that irrespective of your marital status with your wife (ex-wife), she can claim maintenance from the court till she gets married again. However, you may perform some prerequisites to strengthen your case as ultimately you will have to defend the 125 case. You can't avoid the proceedings forever. You may consult me though.

If Rs. 20,000/- is awarded as an interim maintenance you can go for recall of ex-parte order passed in the proceeding under section 125 crpc. In alternate you can also file a revision before the high court. You can prove your income by way on an affidavit. For further advice feel free to get in touch with me.

yes you can file an appeal/revision against the order for maintenance of the family Court. and the order can be set aside by the appellate court depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

Yes, you can go against the Order for maintenance and also against the Order of ex parte under appropriate law. But for further suggestion I need to see the Order of the Court and the consideration taken by the Court before awarding the interim maintenance.
