Family court case not attending


11-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband filed for divorce on 2018 and I filed for restitution of conjugal rights in Bangalore family court.Now we both are ready to compromise and live together.But both lawyers and his family members are not allowing.So we both are not attending court from November 2021.5 hearing have gone.when will the case dismissed or closed as we are not attending.

Dear Madam, You may withdraw your respective cases unconditionally and lead happy life in future. If your Advocates not co-operating then get issue a notice terminating their vakalath and represent either by another Advocate or by yourself.

Case will not get automatically dismissed if your lawyers are appearing. It is better that you attend court directly and tell the judge that you want to withdraw the case. If you go directly, the judge will give your submissions consideration.
