False DV case after I filed Section 9 case.


11-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got married last year, My wife lived with me only for 1 month and left to his parents home saying she will be back in 1 week, after 1month got text that she want divorce from me without any reason, to save our marriage I filed section 9 case, but she send application in High Court to transfer section 9 case to her nearest family court, and then just after 1 year of our marriage she filed false DV case on me and my family. I have her text screenshot, Please let me know what can we do now.

If she has file or domestic violence case on you then you will have to defended accordingly also the restitution of the conjugal rights petition has to be defended properly for which you will need a good advocate
