False Dowry Case against me and my parents

My wife and I are living seperately from past 2 years. she has filed a dowry case against me and my parents. However my parents were not staying with us neither have any role in our seperation.

You and your parents will have to appear in the case and fight out the case. Usually by taking wrong advantage of law, wives file false cases in the names of husband and her in-laws. But, there is nothing to worry because you will not be arrested in this case unless you violate any terms and conditions. Further advice can be given after proper discussion of the case.
