My sister in law filed a case of domestic violence and dowry case 2 years back now the case was transferred to HC from where we received an order that case will go for mediation centre. My brother's health is really poor please tell us how to defend our self

You can file an Application seeking exemption from appearance in view of the I'll health of your brother. You can be given another date for the same. However this would only be a temporary relief. For the permanent relief you will have to clarift and specify your case in detail.

Let the matter go to the mediation centre , in case your brother is not in codition to attend the mediation, you should file the medical certificate through your lawyer for excemption from particular date .
