False Cruelty and Dowry Case by sister in law and his father

Hello Everyone,nI belong to sikh religion.My elder brother was adopted right from birth and all documents of my brother were prepared in the name of adoptive parents. My brother got married in the year 2020. Now a false Dowry and Cruelty case has been filed by my sister in law and his father in the women cell, jalandhar in connivance with my brother against me and my parents excluding my brother. Wheather FIR can be registered against us ?

Well from this straight query, FIR Should not be registered against you and your parents, as there seems obvious that your brother and sister in law are playing hand in gloves with each other with some motive...record your statements.
