False cases and I want to fight alone

If I fight my own divorce case which was filed by my wife and I know all those cases are fake and I am confident I can defend myself better that anyone..Does she fight case through a advocate or then she also have to fight her own..?

Its very technical. You may not be able to represent yourself as you lack legal acumen. If you know the procedure like drafting cross examination arguments you may appear in person else we suggest you to engage a good matrimonial lawyer

your wife has the right to file the case through an advocate.
even you can appoint an advocate for pursuing the case. self representation can sometimes be negative for the case that you're pursuing as sometimes the legal jargon that is used cannot be comprehended by a lay man

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against her. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Please don’t become jack of all trades ! U must hire an advocate bcoz just knowing the facts won’t help. The proceedings are equally vital & otherwise u will end up putting hammer on your own feets ! Sooner or later u would b needing m advocate for everything! All the best
