False case was filed against My Mother by her daughter in law

False case was filed against My Mother by my wife for domestic violence. My wife wants divorce. She ran away abandoning her Infant baby for about 1 year but now she has filed for divorce and child custody. she wants the child back along with monthly allowance. She has mentally abused my aged parents and brutally assaulted my mother. What should I do?

First of all you should immediately approach the police station of your area and file a complaint in writing against your wife and pen down all your grievances. And then it’s advisable for you to file a petition under section 9 HMA for recalling your wife back into your matrimonial life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is you aged mother is been falsy implicated by your wife as well as she is also claming the child custody also in your matter r u also having the evidences which you have mentioned above . if you are able to provide me the evidences i can get you free as well as you mother free from your wife false cases . we need to move to high court for the matter to be dismissed from lower court.

sir, your wife is using power of sec 498-A IPC and and our corts are women centric. every case is different and maintenance is depends on how much is husband earing and experience of wife. but in some cases husband is also capable to demand maintenance to wife and material facts are also play important roles in this cases and most probably the child Custody will goes to you wife but she is incapable to maintain the child then you may convince the court for the Custody i can tell you properly after reading your file and case study and if you want some consultation then contact me
