False case of forcefully marriage where I am the actual victim

My girlfriend forced me to get married with her and I married her. But she never disclosed about our marriage to anyone. She took money and gifts from me several times. She came to my house many times in presence of my family.But We were living separately in each other's house.Now she is cheating on me with her new boyfriend.I told everything to her family but they denied. And files a case against me that I forcefully married her and used her.

dear client as per your query since the fir is filled against you what are the sections mentioned say in details and also do you have the proof of extra -marrital affair of your wife that she is cheating on you ....

you can meet up with a high court lawyer and show him all papers including your marriage papers if any and the papers of the police compliant or court complaint as the case may be so that you can be properly guided of appropriate legal remedies available before you.
