False allegations of domestic violence and divorce case filled

So the in-laws have filled a case for divorce and of domestic violence against an acquaintance and they can't afford a lawyer and the cost for paper works, I remember a there was a code in IPC such that the "incase the wife can't afford the lawyer for divorce the husband has to pay for the charges of lawyer" if it's true kindly help mam/sirRegards

if the wife can't afford the advocate there is a provision for legal aid under which an advocate will be provided to her to represent her case but if she prays for the maintenance then other factors will be considered.
