False accusations against for Divorce.

I got married in November 2023. After one year of our marriage life, she left me and made a lot of false accusations about me. Now she going to Apply for divorce. During the case in the court, May I can ask for lie test for her.

Yes, you can disprove her charges before the court. Immediately take a legal notice call her to resume the matrimonial home. If she refuses file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Unless she puts valid reason for separation she can't continue to live separately.

when your wife is making a false divorce case it is your chance only to disprove the allegation made by the wife in the court no court in India is so far in taking evidence has perimeter light detector inside circumstances you don't go behind legal parameter if you want to live jointly then you leave jointly if you want to depart with the decent method then you go for me doesn't want to make a bad allegations were wife then for ex party divorce
