False 498a case impact on private job hindu family

In the year 2021, my brothers wife and in laws conspired and filed a false 498A case against us. I was employed with a private IT company and was in Bangalore then. In the FIR , all my family members name are included. But we were granted bail soon after first appearance.
Now my employer is re initiating background verification that involves criminal record checks to start a new project. Please advise if it is going to create problems
dear client as per your query since false case of 498A is filled against you and your family members you can apply for quashing of the case in High court so that the case gets quashed once the case is over there will be no issue...
